Our Repair Protocol:
a. We will dispatch a technician to your home or business for
an on-site repair.
b. If for any reason your device repair is unable to be
completed on-site, our technician will issue you a 'Return-
Ticket', and take your devices damaged circuit board or the
device itself to our Electronics Lab for an 'in-shop' repair.
c. The turn-around time for an 'in-shop' repair is typically 24
to 72 Hours or less if the parts are contained within our
inventory at the time. If said parts are not contained within
our inventory when your device is received and diagnosed
we will have to order them from our distributor.
