Product Warranty Information (rev. 1.0, 10-23-26)
a. All products purchased whether New or Used, include a Limited
60 Day Parts and Labor Warranty that covers all of the manufacturers
circuit-board components excluding;
i. Physical Abuse Related Damage caused by the Owner or Others.
ii. AC Wall Outlet Power Surges (Transients).
iii.Television LED's (unless installed by us).
iv.Water or other Liquid Damage.
v. Damage caused by attempted repair(s) by the Owner or Others.
b. All products repaired by us, include a Limited 60 Day Parts and Labor
Warranty that covers all of the newly installed components excluding;
i. Physical Abuse Related Damage caused by the Owner or Others.
ii. AC Wall Outlet Power Surges (Transients).
iii.Television LED's (unless installed by us).
iv.Water or other Liquid Damage.
v. Damage caused by attempted repair(s) by the Owner or Others.
c. If you submit a request for warranty-repair, we will dispatch a technician
to your home or business for an on-site repair as soon as time permits.
d. If for any reason your device's warranty-repair is unable to be
completed on-site, our technician will issue you a 'Return-
Ticket', and take your devices damaged circuit board or the
device itself to our Electronics Lab for an 'in-shop' repair.
e. The turn-around time for an 'in-shop' warranty repair is
typically 24 to 72 Hours or less if the parts are contained within
our inventory at the time. If said parts are not contained within our
inventory when your device is received and diagonosed, we will
have to order them from our distributor.
